Workers of the Waste Management Company, Zoomlion Ghana, in the Agona West Municipality of the Central Region have successfully gone through validation and payment of their eight (8) months salary arrears.
Addressing the Workers; MP and Parliamentary Candidate for the Agona West Constituency who double as the Gender Minister Hon. Cynthia Mamle Morrison retereited, Government commitment towards regular payment to beneficiaries and also charged them to prioritize the cleanliness of the Municipality towards the achievement of the Secondary City Status in Ghana.
She indicated that, the welfare of the Ghanaian Workers is the NPP Gov’t priority. They deserve their salaries because they have work for the development of our dear nation.
Hon. Gender Minister assured the Zoom Lion Workers of Agona West her support whenever the need arises. She encouraged them to continue doing the good job to make Agona West Municipal Assembly one of the best cleanest Assemblies in Ghana.
The Agona West Municipal Assembly Zoom Lion Workers after receiving their 8 months salary expressed their gratitude to H.E. Prez Akufo-Addo and their Hon. MP Cynthia Morrison for the love being shown them.
We are very excited because we didn’t know we are going to received our money in this covid – 19 era where things are very though for everybody.
