Samuel Osei Sarkodie (affectionately known as Commander SOS), the Eastern Regional Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has declared that widespread hardship and suffering have engulfed Ghana’s youth, leaving them feeling neglected.
He stated that the people of Ghana, particularly the youth, are deeply unhappy with the current state of the nation and are determined to see a change in the 2028 elections.
Commander SOS emphasized that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government, led by President John Dramani Mahama, has woefully failed the country and will be voted out of office in 2028.
However, he reassured citizens that hope remains, asserting that Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP Flagbearer, will step in to rescue Ghanaians from their suffering in 2028.
Samuel Osei Sarkodie (SOS) shared these updates while addressing party members and supporters at the Thanksgiving mega health walk in Nkawkaw, organized by the newly elected regional executives.
During the event, he reaffirmed his commitment to mobilizing youth across the Eastern Region to secure victory for the NPP in the 2028 elections, aiming to form a new government in 2029 and restore Ghana’s past glory.
He noted, “If Dr. Bawumia wins the 2028 elections and becomes President, his administration will focus on expanding job opportunities for the youth to significantly reduce the nation’s unemployment rate.”
