
Bursar for Lizbern Educational Complex in Osabene – Opoku Nsiah in the Akuapem North Municipality of Eastern, Madam Fortunate Million has applauded H. E. Prez Nana Addo for not closing down schools in amid the second hike of coronavirus cases.
“Initially when we heard that, Prez Akufo-Addo is going to addressed the nation on last week Sunday for the 23rd times on the measures taken against the spread of coronavirus, I particularly was very scared, because we can’t afford to stay at home again for some months because of these covid issue” she hinted.
Madam Million then expressed her happiness since there hasn’t been any serious reportage of the infectious in any of the schools following reopening.

She indicated, we all know that the covid-19 cases keeps on increasing but Prez has given us another opportunity to run our schools, so why don’t we [private schools] make sure to enforce that the safety protocols are being followed.
“We are doing everything possible not to go back to the lockdown again. Because it hasn’t been easy at all for us to stayed at home for almost 10months without getting any salary to cater for our families” she assured as fumed.
Madam Fortunate told Kingdom FM’s KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH in an interview and, adding that, they are very much grateful to the gov’t of Ghana for given them PPE’s to use it to protect the kids from the virus.

She continue that, since Prez Akufo-Addo didn’t shutdown, the schools have the opportunity in hands to do the right thing, and ensure that the right is being done.
Madam Million further stated that schools are in crucial time because the kids are little and when you ask them to mask up they don’t want to wear the nose mask.
“But we have to let them understand that, this is live and death issue and is very important for the nose or face mask to be worn” she stressed.

However, the Burser, Madam Fortunate Million advised parents to embark on educating their wards before and after school hours to make sure they are safe upon adhering to the directive protocols.
