The Abuakwa North Chairman for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Eastern Region, Mr. Douglas Asare has called on Ghana gov’t and the Ministry of Education to ensure they strengthened the monetization of students from SHS to the tertiary level.
According to him, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex (LGBTQI) begins from the second cycle level of education in the country.
“If the gov’t, education ministry, headteachers, house mistress and masters monitors the moves of the students in the various campuses very well especially the SHS students it will help safe the children from going into such animalistic act”
He argued, the SHS 3 female students start doing the ‘supi supi’ with the SHS 1 students and vice versa to the male students thus making them addicted to it which is very disturbing.
However Mr. Asare recalled broken homes as a constant cause that lead students into LGBT, hence, noting that when they start practicing the act from SHS level, they possesses no fear in proceeding into the uncalled-for behavior anymore when they get to various tertiary institutions.
Speaking with Kingdom FM’s KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH in an interview, Mr. Douglas stated that irrespective of how poorly the country is, no amount of money from the European countries can influence Ghana to legalise the abomination LGBTQI.
Again, he noted that he’s of the hope that should the gov’t of Ghana, Ministry of Education, and the Ghana Education Service vividly monitor the steps of students very closely especially those in boarding houses, the practices of LGBT could reduced drastically in the country.
Mr. Douglas Asare stated further that he can’t fathom the idea of men getting married to their colleagues and vice versa to women since they can’t have sexual intercourse and give birth.
This, he quizzed firing that had parents of persons practicing LGBT engaged in such animalistic act, they wouldn’t have been born to practice this stupid things.
He said nobody is trampling on their right, but there is law in Ghana that frawns against the LGBT which isn’t going to allow them to destroy the laws, custom and tradition protected by the forefathers of the land.
“Many women are out there looking for a man to be married of which they are not getting some and moreover women are more than the men in Ghana. We won’t tolerate them at all”
“If I have the power and not the Christian religion that binds the Christians from marrying only one woman. I would say each man should married 4 wifes like what our Muslims brothers are doing to stop this act” he chastised as opined.
