Prez Akufo-Addo Is Open To All Reporting On Corrupt Officials To His Office

Hon. Musah Adamu Raha, Deputy Nasara Coordinator-E/R.

Hon Musah Adamu Raha, the Eastern Regional Deputy Nasara Coordinator of NPP, has stated that, Prez Nana Addo is committed in fighting corruption as he’s open up to every Ghanaians to report any appointees of him caught in the act.

” No corrupt Prez will asked its citizens to monitor the activity of its officials and report them when they are being caught of involving themselves in corruption act that will bring the country’s development down” he adds.

He said, corruption sent NDC to opposition because they were just milking the state but Nana Addo in his tenure of fighting corruption has made many Ghanaians to believe that he is ever ready to fight the canker.

“We [NPP] have seen that it is corruption that sent NDC to opposition so they also want to use the corruption tag on NPP to create enormity between NPP and Ghanaians to make our party unpopular for them to be voted NPP out of power come 2024 elections which doesn’t sound well”

Hon. Adamu Raha told Kingdom FM’s KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH in an interview adding that, the NDC members should find another means in keeping this gov’t on its toes rather than resorting into these falsehood corruption allegations against Prez Akufo-Addo which wouldn’t go anywhere.

Replying to the recent survey by Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) that indicates 62% of Ghanaians says Akufo-Addo can’t curb corruption under his regime as prez, Hon Raha said, they are entitled to their opinion since they might have done their own research and come out with their findings and is that the realities?.

“Who knows those people they spoke with are anti-NPP gov’t and what do you want them to say. Because we have so many civil society groups and organizations in Ghana whose main target is to deliberately run Prez Nana Addo’s gov’t down” he noted.

Hon. Adamu Raha continue that, the CDD-Ghana should let them know the caliber of persons they spoke with during their survey to let them have a fair view on their programme to determine whether their findings are true or not else it will be difficult for them to accept their survey.
