An Aspiring Chairman of NDC for Fanteakwa South Constituency in the Eastern Region, Agyekum Dampare has reiterated his commitment to form a strong and formidable team to reclaim the Fanteakwa South parliamentary seat for his party come elections 2024.
According to him, he will lead a magnetic and attractive team that will draw more people to the party and vote for NDC in the 2024 general elections but not a team that will push the masses away.
Agyekum Dampare continues to say, his campaign message will be on the issues that will help the party to grab more votes but not to attack his opponent.
He told Kingdom FM’s KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH during their vetting where he picked number two on the ballot paper.
He then urged all the NDC members in Fanteakwa South to forgo their differences and come together as one people to work hard to help the party to win power in the 2024 elections.
Again the deputy secretary hopeful for NDC in the constituency, Twumasi Duoduwaa Ama said, the communication skills of the constituency are not the best therefore she is going to put in place measures to strengthen it when she’s voted for.
“The secretarial position is not meant for only men because in politics everybody matters and it is time the Ghanaian women rise and grab any position that comes their way.”
Furthermore, Shadrach Ofosu Ware, the incumbent youth organiser for Fanteakwa South Constituency who is seeking re-election also added that when he became the youth organiser he contributed his quota to the party and through that, he has been able to win an assembly member seat for NDC in Fanteakwa South District Assembly.
Adding that if the Fanteakwa South NDC delegates maintained him as their youth organiser he will mobilize more youth to ensure they all vote NDC come 2024.
