
The Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana, his lordship Kwasi Anin Yeboah has urged the Judicial Services of Ghana to exhibit high sense of professionalism when discharging their duties.
According to him, most clients who patronize their services are often physically and emotionally distress. Whiles others are very poor, some of them also have problems which they have to help them because they need comfort of help; thus, they come to court for justice.

His Lordship Kwasi Yeboah adds, harrassment in all its various manifestations including threat, extortion must be avoided. He however, urge the court users and the Bar to fully patronize the court connected alternative dispute resolution.
Chief Justice mentioned this, when he joined by the MCE for Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly, Alhaji Umar Bodinga, and Naanom of Abuakwa North on Friday, March 10, 2023 to commissioned the Akyem Tafo District Magistrate Court Complex to provide justice delivery in the area.

Kwasi Anin Yeboah then charged the Naanom to help the court in solving some issue which can be resolved at home as compared to the formal letigation. The alternative dispute resolution has proven to be speediest, cheaper, and less aggressive under administerial.
Kingdom FM’s KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH speaking to Municipal Chief Executive for Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region, Alhaji Umar Babs Kofi Bodinga thanked President Nana Addo for the honor done them for including Abuakwa North in his building of the 100 Courthouses complex across the country.

The MCE indicated that, since 1960 the Judicial Services of the Municipality have been working in the deteriorating New Tafo town council’s building and they were thinking about how to get them a new building to move in and feel comfortable to discharge their duties accordingly.
Saying that, he is very excited that after 69yrs later President Akufo-Addo has come into their rescue by giving them this beautiful Court complex.

Later on, Tafohene, Osaberima Adusei Peasah told KONTIHEN KOFI OBOH that, gone are the days, Chiefs sit on many cases and they resolv it perfectly to bring peace and harmony among those in question. But today, the introduction of law court and constitution has made some people being disdainful to them which is very worrying.
Osaberima Adusei Peasah continue to say, should people respected the Chieftaincy institution like those days and bring their cases to them to be rectified, many court pending issues would have been resolved.
